Reduced response risks
Our strategies for decreasing respondent anxiety and inauthentic responses involve the framing of all aspects of the respondent interface, such as interviewer identity, question purpose, question form, and how sampling is done and explained.
Training
We provide training to the data collectors and research team which allows the team to pretest the survey tools before they conduct the main survey in every aspect.
Response Validation
We have a pattern validation by multivariate statistical technique, response estimation, the content-analysis of responses to open-ended questions that parallel scale items.
Communications testing
We measure how opinion can be influenced by messages, messengers, channels, actions, events, and settings.
Evaluation
We use multi-methods of evaluation techniques to measure the effectiveness of research projects and communication programs.
Data collection accuracy
We use different quality monitoring techniques to check interviewers and interviewed samples randomly during the survey by comparing survey results and other methods.
